Davis Bay Beach: Our pristine, secluded beach provides guests 1,000 feet of pure enjoyment! Surrounded by rolling hills, palm trees, and rocky cliffs and dotted with beach chairs and hammocks. There is great snorkeling on the east end amongst the colorful coral and awesome sandy bottom on the west end for swimming.
Carambola Resort Pool: Lounge around the pool with a refreshing beverage from the Flamboyant Bar or rejuvenate in the whirlpool. Floats and tubes are available for your enjoyment and relaxation.
SCUBA Diving
Dive the wall at Davis Bay. This is a perfect mix of fun and Scuba diving. The "Wall" is just 100 yard off the sandy beach at Carambola. Your surface interval can be at the bar on the beach or the resturant. Carambola has 300 yards of sandy beach for snorkeling and swimming. Come play with us on the beach and the ocean.
Sweet Bottom Dive Center has a shop located right on the beach at Carambola Beach Resort.
Snorkel & Learn to Dive
Meet us on the beach at Davis Bay to dive in the ocean today. No diving experience is necessary. No classwork is required. You must be at least 10 years old to particpate.
In about 2 hours you can be face to face with the fish in Davis Bay. This includes preliminary training in the pool to get familar with the equipment. At all times you will be under the supervision of a certified diving instuctor. We provide a safe and fun enviroment for you to try scuba diving.

Cell Phones: Carambola's secluded location makes it difficult for cell phone reception within the resort. Most guests view this as a benefit, since it is one of the few places in the Caribbean where you do not have to listen to cell phone tones or one way conversations.
However, most cellphones work just fine once you get to the other side of our hill - so you can check your messages and make any necessary calls by driving just a few minutes from the resort. You can still stay in touch while sightseeing and then return to the calm, relaxing, cell-phone-free environment at Carambola Beach Resort.
